Production of exhibitions and book fairs

Svět knihy´s main business activity is producing exhibitions and book fairs at home and abroad and presentting of Czech publishing houses abroad. Our activities include:

• Entire pre-production, production, and organisational background for book fairs and exhibitions and exhibitions
• Production and editing of all printed materials related to the promotion of exhibitions and book fairs (e.g., accompanying programme catalogue, exhibition catalogues, book fair newsletter, materials for promotion and acquisition, etc.)
• Programme for media and social events
• Production of accompanying programmes with cultural, literary, and commercial profiles
• Presentation of Czech publishing houses abroad, including all production work
• Mediation of copyright offer

Svět knihy also specialises in the presentation of Czech publishing houses abroad. - These presentations are partially supported by the Ministry of Culture, while some projects are subsidised by the Prague City Hall, Other projects represent exclusively commercial undertakings - for example, when publisher’s stands are changed between various book fair organisers.
