The Exhibitors Catalogue is used for reference by the book fair visitors both during and after the event as a directory of exhibitors and professional organisations from all the fields within the framework of the book fair's focus. It represents a comprehensive overview of the book market representatives (publishers, etc…). The bilingual (Czech-English) catalogue has also proved a popular information source at Czech Republic's participations in trade fairs abroad. It is published in the practical 120x195 mm format in 1 500 copies or more, featuring quality print on coated paper with a combination of b&w and colour pages.

The Events Catalogue is designed to promote programmes organised by your company as part of the BookWorld Prague 2006. The catalogue (programmes are featured free of charge - 500 characters incl. spaces, all additional characters incl. spaces á CZK 1) is published in 40,000 copies and is distributed to bookshops, culture centres and other venues two weeks prior to the beginning of the book fair. During the book fair itself it is handed out to visitors free of charge upon the purchase of tickets.

The Book Fair News is published daily in the course of the entire event (with a single issue covering Saturday and Sunday) and represents an up-to-date source of information on the events taking place at the book fair. The impression is 2000 pcs./day, in b&w, A3 format, Czech-English version. The paper is distributed free of charge to all exhibitors and is also available from the Press Centre and other points at the venue. The Book Fair News is a well-suited tool to assist you in promoting your upcoming programme or new product presentation.

You can also choose to have your logo printed on tickets and vouchers, and your advertisement can be featured on the reverse of these materials. You can also consider our offer of including your company's logo on bookmarks (with a competition question), distributed to bookshops, libraries and other cultural institutions throughout the Czech Republic prior to the book fair. 300,000 copies of these bookmarks are printed and a part of the total impression is (upon prior agreement) made available to the advertiser, whose no. of stand is also featured on the bookmark.

The site brings information about all Svět knihy, Ltd. activities in Czech and English and provides complete BookWorld Prague information service, including on-line applications and the literary festival's detailed programme.

One of our objectives is to support exhibitors' participation in the book fair by offering advertising spaces that would attract attention to your company and the products it offers. This is achieved mainly through the use of advertising panels in prearranged positions (we can also provide graphic design and production) and the distribution of leaflets at the ticket offices, in the foyer by the main entrance, in front of both wings of the Industrial Palace, or direct distribution to individual stands.
